We are located in cool city – Two Rivers Wisconsin.

What are we?  A wholesale coffee roaster, dedicated to providing Northeast Wisconsin retailers with the absolute freshest roasted coffee available.  

Where is our coffee retailed?  Our convenient boxes can be found in grocery stores, and our bulk coffees (blends, flavors, regions & roasts) can be found in coffee retailers.  Ask your favorite retailer, or email us to inquire further.  Spread the word - and thanks for your patience!  

 

Do we custom roast?  Yes, for retailers and situations such as:

  • Bulk orders, including: variety of regions, premium coffees, organic coffees, de-caffeinated,
    flavored coffees as well as custom blends. 

  • Promoting your Business, Fundraisers or Special Events.
    We can help design a special box for your interest – custom select the coffee by private cupping.

About us and our Motto 

Notice our motto on the upper semi-circle of our logo, “if it’s just gourmet … it is passe’!” We want to convey that fresh roasted coffee is superior to “gourmet” coffees that many have become accustomed to – which are not fresh.

We are California natives who moved to Wisconsin almost a decade ago, where many of our Wisconsin native families reside.  We felt there was a definite need for truly fresh roasted coffee – something everyone should try!  Two Rivers Roasting Co. was formed, as we want to share our knowledge and experience of coffee savored - when freshly roasted. 

Rather than competing with existing retailers in today’s economic environment – we hope our wholesale roasting operation will serve to compliment them by providing the freshest coffee.

About the Roaster

Our Roaster is also an owner of our company.  Coffee roasting is an art, just like bread making, beer brewing, etc.  Nothing is absolute, and personal taste is a big factor.  It takes years of trial and error, botched batches and “hands-on” experience to learn.  He has roasted over campfires, in kitchen ovens (what a mess when the chaff flies!) and in his professional roaster of antiquity (relying only on knowledge of the bean, sight, smell, hearing and a quick arm!)  That is referred to as artisan roasting.  Our company has now invested in a state-of-the-art roaster, equipped with a computerized profiling system that allows the roaster to duplicate a perfected artisan roast time and time again – providing excellence for our retailers and consumers.
